Jack M. Carr, CPA, CFE
Jack became a Certified Public Accountant in November 1990. He graduated
from Brockport State College in 1985 specializing in Accounting and
Finance. He is licensed by both the State of New York and the Commonwealth
of Pennsylvania. He has also attained the designation of Certified Fraud
Examiner, and is currently the President of the Western New York Chapter
Certified Fraud Examiners.
Professional memberships include: American Institute of Certified
Public Accountants, New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants,
Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, Kiwanis International - Brighton
Chapter, the Henrietta Area Council of the Greater Rochester Chamber of
Commerce, and the Yates County Chamber of Commerce. Jack is also a founding Trustee and the past
Treasurer of the Rush Henrietta Education Foundation. He is also a member of the Accounting Programs Advisory Council for SUNY Brockport.

Christopher M. Bailey, CPA, CFE
The firm was founded by Christopher M. Bailey who graduated from St.
John Fisher College, Rochester, NY in 1973 with a Bachelors of Business Administration.
He became a Certified Public Accountant in July 1976. He has worked in the
Public Accounting Field since 1973. He has earned the Certificate of
Educational Achievement in Business Valuation and has been a member of the
New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants Litigation Support
Committee. He has also attained the designation of Certified Fraud
Examiner.
Professional memberships include: American Institute of
Certified Public Accountants, New York Society of Certified Public Accountants,
Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, Kiwanis International - Brighton
Chapter, the Henrietta Area Council of the Greater Rochester Chamber of

Currently Chris is serving on the boards of Monroe County
Industrial Development Corporation; Brighton Kiwanis; and Hillside
Childrens Center.
